		<description>I totally agree with this article. However I donâ€™t think the code is a waste of time, private developments only make up a small part of the total new property built.
I have just passed my CSH training with stroma accreditation (http://www.stroma.com) and expect to be busy very soon.
More and more planning departments will require housing to be to code standard otherwise you just wonâ€™t get it. It is the way of the future and hopefully will help sustainability!</description>
