However I don’t think the code is a waste of time, private developments only make up a small part of the total new property built. I have just passed my CSH training with stroma accreditation (http://www.stroma.com) and expect to be busy very soon. More and more planning departments will require housing to be to code standard otherwise you just won’t get it. It is the way of the future and hopefully will help sustainability!
